About This Plan

Allusions of seaside Shingle styling placate this cozy cottage and make it appear larger than its 2,100 square feet. Beyond the wide-set front porch, the front door opens to an efficient floor plan with surprising openness and enough bedrooms for a family. The upper level hosts all the homes four bedrooms, each providing as much space as possible. The three secondary bedrooms share a full bath that has two vanities, to maximize use by several siblings.
