The living room has a fireplace and is defined by columns that separate it from the hall and dining area. Sliding glass doors in the dining room lead outside. An L-shaped kitchen has an island work center and window sink. The sleeping area includes two family bedrooms with a shared bath and a master suite with walk-in closet and private bath with dual sinks.
The two-car garage faces front and is reached via a service entry with space for a washer and dryer. Note the hall linen and coat closets.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
