Casual spaces stretch across the back of the house. A fireplace flanked by storage units captures center stage in the family room. In the kitchen, an angular island outfitted with a cooktop boosts functionality. So do a built-in pantry and desk. The eating areas are adjacent to the kitchen, easing meal service whether you're serving soup and sandwiches in the breakfast nook or a ten-course meal in the dining room.
A mud room with laundry facilities serves as a transition between the public spaces and the stairway to the garage. An enclosed room in the garage houses the furnace and water heater.
An oasis of serenity, the master suite is charmed by tray ceilings and stairstep walls that create cozy nooks. A whirlpool tub occupies one such nook in the bath. The bath also harbors a shower and twin sink vanities. Three additional bedrooms and a bath also occupy the second floor.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
