The family area is just as spacious, just as impressive. The family room is graced with a fireplace, built-in shelving, and a French door to the patio. A long, curved island divides the kitchen and family room. There's ample room in the island for a 6-burner downdraft cooktop, a sink, and a dishwasher. Look up: The tray ceiling mimics the curve of the island and the shape of the windowed dining nook. A walk-in pantry in the hall keeps staples handy.
Two bedrooms and a master suite are secluded on the second floor. The lavish master suite features elegant double doors, tray ceilings, a private deck, and a walk-in closet. The bath houses a whirlpool tub, tiled shower, and a private toilet compartment.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
