About This Plan

Designed for building sites that slope to the rear, this home has a full daylight basement foundation. Horizontal siding and fish-scale shingles provide the exterior with a definite Victorian, farmhouse flavor. The wrap-a-round porch is designed to accommodate porch swings and rocking chairs. The workshop is located on the main living level while the garage is located directly below the workshop and is part of the daylight basement on the lower level. The master suite has a huge walk-in closet and a separate off-season closet. For the kids, there is a small library on the upper level complete with bookshelves and a French door access to a balcony overlooking the rear deck.

Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
