The house easily adapts to your specific lifestyle needs. The vaulted room to the left of the foyer can be built with a wall and French doors to serve as a den or home office. Or, leave the room open to the foyer and use it as a formal dining room. You also have the option of building either a two- or three-car garage.
The sumptuous master suite occupies the entire right wing of the house. The suite includes a vaulted bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom designed for two. The bath is equipped with a double-sink vanity, a shower, and a whirlpool tub.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
