Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

This is an awesome plan! Our house was built on pilings on a hill with a beautiful view! We added a coffee bar in the hallway by the master bedroom. The bottom floor has 9-foot ceilings and the windows provide a beautiful view on three sides. The screened in porch is amazing! The Builder altered the roofline over the master bedroom closet to allow a larger closet but otherwise the plan is perfect as is!

With all the web sites selling house floor plans available to buy from, most, if not all the other ones were not available to talk to customer service on Saturdays. Most people are off work on Saturday and have the time to research their plans only on weekends like myself. I was able to get my questions answered on Saturday. As a result, I went ahead and purchased my floor plans through thehousedesigners.com. because of their knowledge and availability.
