About This Plan
Entering the 1,531 sq.ft. home, your guests will feel the expansiveness of the great open room that’s also accentuated with a 12 foot vault that leads to a flat 12’ ceiling over the kitchen and shared living space. There’s an optional electric fireplace, the cook of the home will love the additional countertop space of the built in bar and the coveted window over the kitchen sink. The covered outdoor porch is a perfect spot for weekend bbqs and Easter Egg hunts.
The split bedroom floor plan has the master suite taking up the entire left side of the home with the laundry being strategically placed for organization and ease. Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
