Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

Our experience with The House Designers was a fabulous one! Customer service is A+ in all departments we dealt with! Representatives were always available to help us through the process of picking out and modifying the house plan for the Oak Lane #6243. Emails were prompt as were return phone calls. Once we decided on the modifications, the quick reply time time of the architect department was very appreciated. They understood my drawings and changes and made adjustments accordingly. My builder was able to use the plans that were sent and printed out with ease. We live in Tennessee and most everything was applicable to Tennessee codes even though the plans did not originate in Tennessee. We absolutely LOVE our new home. We look forward to making many memories in our forever home in the years to come!
