Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

This is the second plan we have purchased and we can’t praise House Designers enough. I had an inquiry on a Sunday and reached out to customer service online. The rep on the chat told me that Christine had been assisting us with this purchase and she would have her contact us on Monday as this was her off day. It was not 5 minutes & Christine sent me an email answering my request. Our general contractor is very pleased with the drawings and also with the bid plans. We have yet to break ground on this specific plan but these delays are due to county issues. We are building spec homes and I am very pleased with the organizer binder The House Designers sent me which allows me to separate all categories for each build and best of all the brochures for vendors they provide is very helpful to organize color charts, window style, flooring, etc.
