This 1564-square-foot update of The Greenview has taken modifications from our customers to create a new, tailored design that’s sure to be a hit! Of course, it all starts off with curb appeal. The roofline is dramatic to complement the contemporary aesthetic, and mixed stone and vertical panel siding give it some rustic natural character. There’s a carport on the side to shelter your vehicle from the elements, but the deck on top is what you’ll probably notice first. Just imagine hanging out up here and being able to take in front, side, and rear views! The Elmwood has a beautiful design that’ll make the most of your surroundings. When you step inside, the spacious open floor plan greets you. Walk from the door through the living space to the peninsula kitchen—everything’s totally open concept! You’ll find bar seating on the peninsula for casual meals, and the kitchen can accommodate a table for a more formal experience. Patio doors open to the patio in back, which will make hosting outdoor parties seamless. If you are a host at heart, you’ll love that there’s a powder room on the first floor, an update from The Greenview’s original plans.
