Begin or end the day in the lavish second-floor master suite. There's room for both a sleeping and sitting area in the bedroom. The sumptuous bath harbors a whirlpool tub in a windowed alcove, a curvaceous shower stall, and a privacy enclosure for the toilet and bidet. A secondary bedroom suite is also on this level.
On the lower level, two bedrooms share a compartmentalized bath. A huge sunken games room is furnished with a fireplace, walls of windows, and French doors to the backyard. This level also houses a very special treat - a wine cellar and a walk-in cold room!
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
