On the public side of the house, the kitchen revolves around an island, outfitted with a downdraft cooktop. A barrel-vault ceiling accents the work core. The breakfast nook and dining room are only steps away. A butler's pantry provides a transition between kitchen and dining room. The family room and adjacent living room share a fireplace and 12-foot ceilings. French doors in the family room open to the porch.
The upstairs master suite is graced with barrel-vault ceilings, a see-through fireplace, and a deck. The other bedrooms host walk-in closets and sink vanities.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
