Plan Packages
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

We are a few weeks from moving in. This plan is my favorite of all our homes. Everything is on one level. We did add 2 feet to the family room and laundry rooms and also to the garage, which makes the rooms easier to decorate and move around. We also put a sliding glass door on the master bedroom that goes out to our screened in back porch which was another addition we made which caused us to put sliding glass doors in the dining and living area. We also built the kitchen window out so it has a ledge to put plants and things. We also made the closet a single closet in the bedroom adjacent to the master so we could take that additional space into the master bedroom and have more room for our chester drawer. LOVE! LOVE! THIS HOUSE ESPECIALLY WITH THE CHANGES WE MADE.
