About This Plan

This unique split-entry home redesigns the entry by eliminating the typical outside stairs and puts them inside. The main or upper level houses a dramatic large living area with optional fireplace, vaulted ceiling, a formal dining area, a kitchen and breakfast nook, and three bedrooms including anice master suite. The optional lower level accommodates a study, an extra bedroom, a laundry room and a big family room. Please note: If the home is built on a slab, the maximum height is 30 feet. If the home is built with a basement, the height may exceed the allowable limit in your local area. Consult your builder.

Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractors, and/or local engineers.
