We took one of our customers’ favorite plans, THD-7429, and added all of our best Architect Preferred Products directly into the plans for you to use! With the addition of huge Marvin Multi-Fold Doors leading from the great room out to the covered patio, along with yet another gorgeous Eldorado Stone fireplace in the master, this plan has it all! Sleek lines and simple designs define this modern farmhouse style plan. Offering 1,936 square feet of living space, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a wonderful plan for the home buyer or family who values affordability and style. A single story layout and an open concept design makes this home feel much more open and larger than it already is. A chic updated façade offers some unique curb appeal, while the covered front porch and entryway pulls you immediately into the foyer and formal dining room. Much of this house has 10’ ceilings the whole way around, making the rooms feel grander and the space feel larger. To the left of the foyer is a small hallway and 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath. This space is secluded enough to make it a great option for kids or guests, or even a home office if necessary. Back to the main spaces of the home, past the dining room is an open country kitchen and island which flow directly into the living room. This thoughtful design allows the space to feel vast yet inclusive, great for entertaining or family get-togethers. Finally, the master suite can be found on the far right-hand side of the home. A relaxing and luxurious space, the bedroom features vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, and a spacious walk-in closet. In the bathroom, you will find a spa tub, as well as a custom-built shower. As an added bonus, this home provides a 2-car garage, great for storage and easy access. This plan’s reduced footprint makes it wonderful for a narrow or limited lot.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
