About This Plan

This 3 bedroom two bath home is very affordable and great for the first time home buyer. With an all brick exterior, it is also very inexpensive to maintain. Although the home is very modest in size, all bed rooms have large walk-in closets and all rooms are nicely sized. The U shaped kitchen is very functional and it has a floor to ceiling pantry. The clever layout of the footprint is designed to center the porch in the predominant roof span and it also insures that the doors and windows located at the front porch are centered between the support columns. The living room ceiling is vaulted to a height of 12 and supported by an exposed wood beam.
