Three other bedroom suites are on the upper level. A central playroom at the top of the staircase can be a relaxing getaway space or it can be created as a play space for families with children. Another bedroom can be added to the plan in the form of a bonus room over the garage. The bonus space is conveniently located next to a full bath. The three-car garage is divided by a wall separating the third stall, allowing the owners to store items in a secure environment.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
