Family living space stretches across the rear of the home. Generously sized, the open kitchen is engineered for efficiency. A self-ventilating cooktop is positioned in the island, handy to the sink, refrigerator, and walk-in pantry. The family room boasts a fireplace and built-ins. A laundry room with sink, cabinets, and countertop is situated beside the three-car garage. A bay at the back of the garage offers space for a workshop or to store a fourth vehicle.
Above the garage, a bonus room hosts two space-stretching dormers. A sumptuous master suite and three other bedrooms also are located on this upper level. Bedroom four has its own bath. Bedrooms two and three share a bath. The master suite is graced with a huge walk-in closet and a bath with a large shower and a whirlpool tub in a windowed alcove
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
