About This Plan

A spacious plan is made even more so with future space on the second level over the garage. Develop this space at the time of building, or save it for later, when you need the additional room as a bedroom or a home office. The remainder of the plan is accommodating and appealing. Formal rooms are on the right--living and dining rooms--and both have tray ceilings. The living room is made even more attractive by a cozy hearth.
