About This Plan

This traditional Southern style mansion portrays the stately homes of the past. Both the foyer and living rooms have breath taking 2 story ceilings adorned by 2 story columns. The twin open stairwells ascend to the upper level balconies, which overlook the rooms below. There are lots of book shelves neatly tucked into the outer walls of the balcony allowing the space to double as a library. The floors of the living room and master suite are sunken to create an even more dramatic mood. Typical ceiling heights are 10 on both levels.

Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
