The kitchen and family room area is enlivened by a fireplace and windows and a patio door that connect the space to nature. The angular island in the kitchen is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, and snack counter.
The bedrooms are buffered from the public areas by a hall. The garage entry, a coat closet, and a laundry room with sink, cabinets, and counter also are accessed from the hall. Double doors lead into the vaulted master bedroom. A sliding patio door opens the suite retreat to the back yard.
Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.
