About This Plan

It may look like a barn, but House Plan 10154 actually makes a wonderful family home with 1,568 square feet, three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms on two stories. Up front, that large barn door actually conceals an RV garage with a workbench. Enter from the front door to the right of that and the foyer includes storage space and access from the back as well. The hallway then turns around the RV garage and you'll find the primary suite on one side and the while the common areas sit around another turn, complete with a peninsula kitchen overlooking the dining and living areas. Make sure not to miss the carport parking in back, the courtyard on the side that allows direct entry to the great room, the convenient laundry closet in the kitchen, or the powder room that has interior and garage access! The final two bedrooms are placed upstairs and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There's also a built-in desk in the hallway. This is a perfectly balanced design for a home or additional unit on an existing property!
