About This Plan

If you're looking for a cute Southern-style cottage to make your own, see what House Plan 10338 has to offer! With 1,892 square feet, three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms on one story, it's a great fit for everybody from first-time owners to empty nesters who want to keep guest space available. The wide front porch and center gable among hipped rooflines provide classic curb appeal while a side-entry garage in back creates parking space off the facade. The functional floor plan inside places the dining room by the foyer and the great room farther inside, complete with an island kitchen overlooking the living space and casual nook. The primary suite on one side has a sitting area with a coffee bar in addition to a five-piece bath that connects to the laundry room through the water closet.
