Rated 1 out of 5 by Roger B from Bought a lemon range oven I purchased this range oven in February 2025 and after 1-2 uses it began to malfunction. I was sold on an extended warranty by Whirlpool even though I knew any repairs this early should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. After agreeing to pay $15 a month for the warranty not 30 days after spending $1,500 for the range oven itself it turns out it needed a new burner kit, DSI board, gas valve and broil harness. I am very disappointed in both Whirlpool product and the disinformation by the Whirlpool customer service rep.

Rated 3 out of 5 by howza123 from Great stove but arrived damaged. Love this range, it works beautifully so far and is pretty easy to clean. My complaint is that it arrived completely dented in the back and bottom, like it was dropped. The box was perfect so we assume it was dropped at the factory and still shipped out. We kept it, because it does not effect the way the oven works, but I find it a little off-putting. Obviously someone knew it was dropped, but it was still shipped out anyway.
