His education bolsters his work. He holds a Master's degree in Art and Design. He is a member of the American Institute of Building Design and a Certified Professional Building Designer. He travels to Europe frequently, gaining a deeper understanding of European architecture. He has attended classes given by the Institute for the Study of Classical Architecture in New York and Rome.
