With its sprawling layout wider than it is deep, House Plan 7844 is made for a view lot—but would you believe it comes in at only 1,988 square feet with this grand façade? Take one look at the floor plan and you'll see it doesn't skimp, with a grand vaulted great room that connects to the rear lanai and a two-story study off the foyer that also opens to the front porch. There are two bedrooms in front along with a hall bath while the primary suite is privately tucked in back. A side-entry garage enters into the home near the utility room and the pantry for convenience, and it has a sizable bonus above for flexibility!

If you need something for a more contemporary neighborhood, House Plan 8743 makes a great choice. With its 30' width, straight sides, and front-entry garage that helps promote privacy from the street, it's no wonder it's a top choice! The 2,067-square-foot layout places the powder room off the foyer in front while the open-concept great room spreads out in back. All three bedrooms—including a five-piece suite and two bedrooms that share a four-piece hall bath—are upstairs along with the laundry and a bonus room. This is a great design for a growing family!
