House Plan 7879 is a classic A-frame with a twist—check out the dormered sides that bring in tons of light! This design also features smartly placed windows in front to preserve privacy while the rear has glass from the floor to the ceiling. You'll find 1,583 square feet in a functional layout inside. A closet, the powder room, and the laundry room are just off the foyer while the eat-in kitchen sits sandwiched between the windowed dormers. Voluminous living makes the most of the rear glass wall while two bedrooms—one with a sun deck—and a four-piece bath round out the second level.

House Plan 8045 is a classic ranch with rustic features and 2,719 square feet to enjoy. The floor plan places the common spaces in the center, with the cathedral vaulted great room welcoming you in from the foyer and the island kitchen and dining area placed to the side. The master suite features a vaulted bedroom and a five-piece bath. It's conveniently located off the hallway near the laundry room and the mudroom entrance coming in from the garage. Two three-piece bedroom suites sit on the opposite side of the house.
