This plan, our Richmond design has been built coast to coast and has proven to be one of our most popular house plans. One of the attractive elements you don’t see at first is the huge stand up attic floor extending the full length of the home. In the many built homes I have seen this has been used for such purposes as an apartment, a huge game room, and an office. Many purchasers also have left it as is for possible future use. Online you’ll see many variations of this home plan.
