A customer called in that loved a house plan, however, it had a 2 car garage and he needed a 3 car garage.Â
I contacted the designer to see about modifying to a 3 car garage and it was already available! The customer was delighted he did not have to wait for the plans to be revised!!!!  The order was placed minutes later!!!!
