A customer called last week looking for a vacation house plan for a waterfront lot. The rear of the home needed to encompass the full view of the lake, and they did not want a huge house to maintain. The Cabernet house plan came to mind! With its lovely European design and square footage right around 2500 I thought it might be the perfect match for this customer. The rear of the home offers plenty of windows, a covered terrace and covered lanai ideal for enjoying the view. With its open floor plan this home is ideal for entertaining and the high ceilings give the feeling of a much larger space. After discussing the Cabernet with her husband, the customer called back two days later and ordered the plan. She was very grateful that I was able to make finding her dream vacation home an easy and enjoyable process.
