With the summer in full-swing and many family vacations getting underway, what better way to join the party then daydream about your future beach home.
We’ve put together 9 of our most popular beach house plans that will surely make you want to call out of work and head to the beach right now.
This tiny beach cottage is all you need to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Two bedrooms, one bath is all you need when you’ll be on the beach the whole time.
8. Bahama Breeze
Plan 1892 is a sprawling home of 4334 square ft. Perfect for a lot on the bay, this home features 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bath and a veranda off the back.
Slightly larger then the King Fisher, this beach cottage is just over 1000 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect for a joint couples retreat.
Now this is a beach home! This plan reminds me of my younger days in North Carolina, where homes are literally right on the beach. Imagine having your morning coffee on that front porch every day.
5. Veranda Bay
This beautiful beach home is one of our newer beach plans. It sits on 2900 square ft and has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. It features a gorgeous wraparound porch, veranda and patio to take in every view.
Another blast from the past, plan 3928 is all about outdoor living. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves from your front or back deck with this beach home.
3. The Seaview
One of my personal favorites in our beach collection, plan 3927 has everything I’d personally need in a beach home. Front and back decks to take in everything, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Not to mention plenty of storage space and room for an outdoor shower.
2. Gulf Breeze
Plan 4667 is a vacation home you would commonly find in Florida. A single story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2-car garage, and a basement.
This gorgeous house plan is one our most popular beach homes and I bet you can see why. A porch that spans almost the entire house to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful windows to bring in plenty of natural light. Slightly larger then our other favorite, the Seaview, this home sits on 1737 square feet, has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 1-car garage. A garage is key at the beach to store all your sandy beach chairs and toys.
What does your dream beach home look like? Do any of these fit the bill?
