Homes in the best-selling category are those that are purchased by our clients time and time again. We cut the list at 100 plans for our collection, but plenty of designs that aren't featured here have sold dozens or even hundreds of times before. Best-selling homes are ever-changing as homeowner preferences shift, so this is one of our more dynamic collections.
Over time, what makes a house plan a best seller changes, because specific style and feature trends change. Today's consumers want open-concept floor plans, split bedrooms, office/flex space, and volume ceilings, so you'll see plenty of that in this collection. Most have country, modern farmhouse, and cottage style, too, but you'll also find some modern homes in the mix!
Many of our best-selling house plans have lots of exterior and interior photos and many of these photos were supplied by the customer or builder. We also have customer new home tours where customers have invited us in to video their homes and share their home building experience with others considering to build a new home.
